Sandstrom held on 12/15/2005; The Court wanted to find out what kind of
scheduling issues parties were considering. This case is still working
through the process of trying to become a "capital" case. This
matter is set on the June 19, 2006 criminal trial docket. A motion to
suppress has already been filed and a hearing is set on the motion in
January, 2006. Defendants requested an additional 60 days to file any
pretrial motions and plaintiff will have 30 days to respond. Defense counsel
for defendant Sandstrom asked the Court about having defendant's housing moved
closer so that there could be more face to face attorney-client meetings. The
Marshal's office will take the matter under advisement. Defense counsel for
defendant Eye also asked the Court about obtaining a listening device for
defendant so that he will be able to start reviewing the recordings that are
a part of the discovery in this matter. A copy of the Stipulation and Order

found guilty on Counts 1 though 8 on 05/13/2008 of the Superseding
Indictment. IMPRISONMENT The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of
the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of life
on counts 3 and 5, 240 months on count 7, and 120 months on count 1. These
counts are to be served concurrently to one another for a total term of life
imprisonment. 120 months imprisonment on counts 2 and 8, each of these counts
